About me

Hi 👋

I’m Nico, a father of two and an Engineer with a focus on Application development.

When I was between 9-12 years old, I created some electrical circuits with the help of teachers and magazines: a keyboard, a mosquito repeller, a solar alarm, an AM radio, and a few other things.

My first software app used by someone was a windows form desktop app made in Visual Basic 6, and I created it back in 2000 when I was 15-16 years old. It was super helpful, and I passed the typing classes successfully thanks to it, along with some friends from that class.

I’ve been working as an app developer since 2004 and got an Engineer university degree on Information Systems in 2012. But enough about career history. If you’re interested in that, visit my LinkedIn profile.

In this blog, I share articles about things I found interesting in one way or the other. They contain purely opinionated stuff; they may be wrong, incomplete, poorly written, and more. Hopefully, I’ll also share something interesting along the way.
